As a buyer there are three ways you can work with us:

• You can choose a home out of our inventory.
• Tell us what kind of house you are looking for and we will find it for you.
• Find a house of your own and we will negotiate with the seller to see if we can get the terms we need to qualify it for our Angel Financing Program.

Either way, the terms will be the same...if you can afford the monthly payments and closing cost the house is yours! You can own your home now without a large down payment, bank qualifying or credit hassles.

If you have identified some properties you're interested in, then send us the homeowners contact information.  We will contact the seller (or Realtor) and see if we can qualify it for our Angel Financing program. If we are successful then we will put it under contract and move forward with the closing.

All terms of every transaction are fully disclosed to the buyer and the seller.  There are never any hidden charges or surprises when you purchase a home through any of our program.
